Customer & partner portals
Create a shared workspace for requests, documents, account information and customer workflows.
Custom software · Portugal & international
Commission a turnkey software project for a portal, operational platform or integration, with a clear delivery agreement. We turn discovery into an agreed scope, fixed implementation price and acceptance criteria, then deliver the software with the documentation needed to run it.
Fixed scope and implementation price after discovery

Illustrative applications
Illustrative project types for businesses in Portugal and international teams. Discovery determines the scope that fits your operation.
Create a shared workspace for requests, documents, account information and customer workflows.
Replace fragmented spreadsheets with role-based tools for inventory, tasks, approvals or service operations.
Connect existing applications and reduce manual transfers between business systems, with validation and traceability.
Scope & deliverables
A fixed price needs an explicit scope. We document the business flows, delivery conditions and responsibilities used to prepare and accept the proposal.
Map the people, workflows, data, integrations and constraints. Separate the initial release from later improvements.
Document included deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, client dependencies and the fixed implementation price for the agreed scope.
Agree demonstrations, test scenarios, acceptance criteria and review responsibilities before implementation begins.
Build the agreed application and integrations, with review and testing matched to the critical business workflows.
Deliver to the client's environment or Caravel cloud as agreed, including source code, configuration guidance and operational documentation.
Itemise hosting, support, maintenance and external service costs separately, with the responsibilities and service scope in writing.
From discovery to delivery
Clarify the business problem and review the current systems, users and data that shape the project.
Approve the scope, fixed implementation price, milestones, acceptance criteria and deployment option.
Review working increments against the agreed requirements. Estimate and approve scope changes before implementation.
Complete the agreed acceptance checks, deploy the application and hand over the code and documentation.

Before we start
Yes, once discovery provides enough detail to agree a scope. The proposal documents deliverables, assumptions, exclusions and acceptance criteria, with a fixed implementation price for that scope.
We review the request and explain its effect on scope, cost and timing. Changes are approved before the additional work is implemented.
The client receives 100% of the agreed project code and intellectual property upon invoice settlement, according to the contract. Third-party services and dependencies are identified in the proposal.
Yes. We agree the target environment during discovery. Delivery can be to your infrastructure or Caravel cloud, with deployment responsibilities and hosting costs documented.
They are itemised separately in the proposal. You can review the implementation budget alongside recurring hosting, third-party service, maintenance and support costs.
Talk directly to engineering leadership
Share the workflow, users, existing tools and constraints. We will discuss the discovery needed to prepare an agreed scope and delivery proposal.
